The Israeli enemy launched an aerial attack on Sunday afternoon, targeting a residential apartment located in Haret Hreik town in the southern suburbs of the capital Beirut. The attack left 5 martyrs and 28 injuries, caused extensive damage to the area, and affected a number of neighboring commercial establishments.
Later on, Hezbollah announced the martyrdom of the great jihadi commander Haytham Ali Al-Tabtabai in addition to a number of the resistance fighters, including the martyrs Qassem Hussein Berjawi, Mostafa Assad Berro, Refaat Ahmad Hussein, and Ibrahim Ali Hussein.

Al-Manar correspondent reported that ambulance and civil defense teams were working to evacuate the casualties from the targeted location in Haret Hreik in the southern suburbs of Beirut.
This attack comes as part of a dangerous Israeli escalation, adding to the series of attacks carried out by the occupation in South Lebanon and Bekaa.
Israeli media: Coordination with the US preceded the attack on the southern suburbs of Beirut
The Israeli newspaper “Yedioth Ahronoth” reported, citing an Israeli source, that the attack carried out by the occupation in the southern suburbs of Beirut was coordinated with the United States, which had previously opposed any military operation in Beirut.
The Israeli Broadcasting Corporation confirmed, citing a political source, that Tel Aviv had notified the United States prior to carrying out the attack on Dahieh.
In the same context, Israeli Channel 14 reported that the prime minister and the defense minister of the Israeli entity had given official approval for the attack on the southern suburb of Beirut.
